Amanda Noar
- Director / Choreographer

Amanda has worked extensively in theatre, television
and film, both as an actress but also as a director/choreographer.
Her theatre work includes Anita in West Side Story,
both at Her Majesty’s Theatre London and on National Tour; Fields of
Ambrosia at the Aldwych London; Chava in Fiddler on The Roof with Topol;
Gypsy in Gypsy at The Grand Theatre Swansea; Claudine in Can Can at The
Belgrade Theatre Coventry; Hunyak in Chicago at Leicester Haymarket;
Godspell on National Tour; Rochula on National Tour; Sweet Charity,
Cabaret, Once in a Lifetime and Flying Blind, all at The Forum Theatre
Wythenshawe; and Hortense in The Boy Friend at the Prince Regent
Farnborough. Amanda appeared as Becky in Filling in The Cracks at
Manchester’s Comedy Store, and Jenny in Funk Face at the Arts Depot
London, which she also directed.
Television work includes Rose Finnigan in Brookside,
Melanie Norriss in Casualty; Natasha Glendenning in Lovejoy; Sally in
Boon; Norma in Stay Lucky; Helen Carson in Starting Out; Julie Clay in
Coronation Street; Susan in The Benefit; Donna in Out on the Floor,
Letitia in Hollyoaks and most recently Carol Dawson in Hollyoaks Extra.
Films include Marian in The Front Line for Bluebell
Films; Bib Furtuna’s girlfriend in The Return of the Jedi for Lucas
Films, Vanessa in The Unkindest Cut for Film on Two; Kim in I Bought a
Vampire Motorcycle (now on special release on DVD).
Amanda has enjoyed playing in many pantomimes
including Tinkerbell in Peter Pan; Aladdin in Aladdin; Jack in Jack and
the Beanstalk; Dandini in Cinderella; Dick in Dick Whittington; and Jack
in Mother Goose.
Amanda has directed and choreographed many musicals
including, The Wiz & Summer Holiday at the Artsdepot, North Finchley,
The Boy Friend, Bye Bye Birdie, Little Shop of Horrors, Annie and Best
Little Whorehouse in Texas at the Millfield Theatre, Edmonton, The
Pajama Game, Annie and The Boyfriend for Alyth Academy in Temple
Fortune. In September she produced and directed a sold out production
of “Stepping Out” in the studio theatre at the Artsdepot, Finchley,
followed by a “back by public demand” further production of Stepping Out
at Upstairs at The Gatehouse, Highgate.
Pantomimes Amanda has directed include, Aladdin, Jack
and the Beanstalk, Dick Whittington, Peter Pan at Broxbourne and Aladdin
at The Civic Centre, Aylesbury.

Simona Budd – Musical Director

Simona is thrilled to be collaborating, once again, with
Amanda Noar for Impact’s forthcoming production of Seussical, the
Musical. Simona’s first association with Impact was in 2004 when she
directed vocal workshops on the musical Hairspray. She has since been
Musical Director for Impact’s past four shows; Fame, Oliver!, Back to
the Future and Fiddler on the Roof, all at the Pentland Theatre in North
London.
MD credits with other companies include Thoroughly Modern
Millie, Anything Goes, Me and My Girl, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way
to the Forum, Some Like it Hot and Little Me. Simona was recently
Assistant Musical Director to Jae Alexander at the West End’s Piccadilly
Theatre for “Future Dreams – One More Night” - a star-studded gala show
with acts including Ruthie Henshall, Sally Anne Triplet and the cast of
Jersey Boys. Her work as a Performance and Vocal Coach has taken her to
ITV where she trained the newscasters in a medley from Grease for
“Newsrooms’ Got Talent” at London’s Vinopolis. Other media work
includes soloist for the Autumn 2009 Mercedes radio advertising
campaign.
Simona is a
Portfolio Tutor and Repetiteur at the London School of Musical Theatre.
She works at Trinity College of Music Junior Department where she
directs the Equal Voice Choir and teaches piano and musicianship. She
is a Performance & Repertoire Coach at the renowned Arts Educational
School for the Performing Arts in Hertfordshire and gives vocal and
musical theatre workshops with various choirs and drama organisations
including the Susi Earnshaw Theatre School and Stagecoach.
Through workshops, auditions and rehearsal accompanying,
Simona has also worked with Rosemary Ashe, Ronald Corp and Adrian
Jeckells. Workshops have included Wicked, Witches of Eastwick, High
School Musical, We Will Rock You and Rent. She is Assistant Musical
Director and Accompanist to the Jewish Youth Choir which has led to
performances at London’s South Bank Centre, The Roundhouse, Trafalgar
Square, Victoria and Albert Museum and tours in France, Germany, Israel
and the Czech Republic. As an organist and conductor, Simona has also
been Director of Music at various churches around Greater London and
trained several choirs in a broad repertoire of sacred music. She is an
active singer whose most recent solo performances as a mezzo soprano
include the oratorios Elijah and Samson.
Her schedule for the forthcoming months includes musical
director of Our House with the Alyth Academy and various concerts as
Director of the Equal Voice Choir of Trinity College of Music Junior
Department.

Tony
Pedretti

Director

Tony trained
at the Royal College of Music and the Arts Educational School of
Performing Arts and is currently Head of Singing at the London
School of Musical Theatre at Her Majesty’s Theatre.
He is recognized as one of the leading vocal coaches in the
profession. Before concentrating on vocal coaching, Tony was a
performer and musical director and it is his first hand experience
of the true requirements of a performer that makes him a superlative
musical theatre singing coach.
Tony's West End credits as a performer include: Aspects Of
Love (Prince of Wales), Les Miserables (Palace),
Merrily We Roll Along (Shaftesbury), Annie Get Your Gun
(Aldwych), Pump Boys and Dinnettes (Piccadilly). Rep
work includes Pirates of Penzance (Opera House, Manchester),
Jesus Christ Superstar (York, Norwich), West Side Story
(Perth and Coventry), Cabaret (Hornchurch) and Godspel
(Redgrave, Farnham). MD credits include: Working
(Mountview), Company (Arts Ed), Starting Here, Starting
Now (Barbican), Hansel and Gretel (Swansea) and Some
